Two things stand out in the Bloomberg office at Nariman Point, Mumbai: its ultra-high-tech essential featucom-off, and its utterly democratic, non-hierarchical corporate environment. Bloomberg is a financial reporting agency, the brainchild of Michael Bloomberg currently famous as Mayor of New York. The caf in the centre of the open office, flat screens and virtual fish tank at the reception are the key design elements.
