David's Dangerously Delicious Char Siu

Client's Brief: To design an outlet for David's Dangerously Delicious Char Siu.
The concept for the outlet is inspired by Chef David’s story. Chef David is a self-taught chef and an industrial engineer. Keeping this in mind, the design of the outlet is FRESH and simple, using INDUSTRIAL MATERIALS in a contemporary manner. The material palette is simple and neutral to allow the food to stand out. Unobstructed views of the food and a sense of openness heighten the senses.

Area: 400 sq. ft.

The materials are finished and durable thus allowing them to be of the best QUALITY with no compromise. The design follows the mall guidelines, yet tries to create something that is AUTHENTIC to the outlet. Focus is placed on the food, making the EXPERIENCE DANGEROUSLY DELICIOUS. The colour palette is inspired by the logo. But the use of colour is used sparingly and only where the PANTONE 2034 U logo is highlighted to contrast an otherwise muted colour palette.
