The facade of the building is a beautiful rendition in Electrochromic glass: Electronically tintable, the glass regulates the intensity of sunshine pouring in during the day and changes tint by an electrical signal. Such glazing is being used for the first time in India, eliminating the need for window coverings.

Functional spaces set the tone at Divis Corporate Office. On the ground floor, the majestic, double-height atrium forms a lofty introduction There is a play of geometrics in the large, translucent glass circles in the ceiling, for bringing in the natural light. On this level, a section of the office stands accomodated, together with recreational outlets in badminton courts and a well-equipped gymnasium.

The core work space arranges itself on successive levels, above. The Breakout Zone is a vital, calm zone, strategically linking the second and the third floors through a sweeping staircase. The Zone forms an important creative crucible, with its air of casual comfort, mini library, yoga studio and leisure space. Employees can choose to brainstorm over a mug of coffee, crunch ideas, thumb through a book, relax and rejuvenate themselves with ease in this area.

The classic chic design rhythmn runs throughout the length and breadth of the project. The executive floor on the fifth level brings in lavish spaces, marked by leather panelled walls, richly textured seats, mocha furniture and plush cabins. Conversation pieces in installations, designer furniture and new age artefacts build up the complexion of this area. Moving ahead, there is a generous spillout in the form of the terrace.

There is a sense of quiet elegance and finesse in the structurally sound, cutting edge design. A harmonious blend in the flow of aesthetics, across the contemporary work stations, gentle alcoves in the canteen, and sectioned boardrooms.
